Roloff, from Holland, had some free black licorice at his Digital Press table. Although I hate the stuff, unsure of Netherlands customs and what is/is not offensive, I forced myself to eat one & said "mmmmm ...good candy.. mmmmmmmm" as I searched for coffee to wash it down. Roloff is a tall young fellow, and I think he gets the "longest distance traveled" award for this show.
Speaking of Digital Press, I didn't get a picture of Joe Santulli, who has done so much work for DP and classic/retro gaming in general, as well as this show. I also spoke with young artist Nick Robalik, from Philadelphia. He is the artist for the yet-unreleased PC game "Wave 49" from the Digital Press guys. He said he worked about 6 months on the art, using Photoshop and other tools. Nick also did the cover for the Digital Press Collector's Guide.
